What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged for half of the service.
Are therapy sessions confidential?
The session content and related materials concerning the client's treatment are confidential, with disclosure requiring written consent from the client, and limitations on confidentiality privilege are outlined during the intake process.
I am new to therapy, what should I expect?
A supportive and confidential environment where you discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a trained professional to work towards understanding and addressing personal challenges.
When will I feel better?
It may take 6 to 12 sessions to see a difference in your mental and emotional health. Therapy is a collaborative effort, the real work starts after the session.
Which payments do you accept?
Most major debit/credit cards, vouchers, HSA/FSA, Loveland Vouchers and Venmo or Zelle.
