What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled ​appointment or you will be charged for half of ​the service.

Are therapy sessions confidential?

The session content and related materials ​concerning the client's treatment are ​confidential, with disclosure requiring written ​consent from the client, and limitations on ​confidentiality privilege are outlined during the ​intake process.

I am new to therapy, what should I expect?

A supportive and confidential environment ​where you discuss your thoughts, feelings, and ​concerns with a trained professional to work ​towards understanding and addressing personal ​challenges.

When will I feel better?

It may take 6 to 12 sessions to see a difference in ​your mental and emotional health. Therapy is a ​collaborative effort, the real work starts after ​the session.

Which payments do you accept?
